Keep in mind that these ones came from a narrow seashore areal wich is quite humid (about 800mm/year) and not by far so hot like S-CA. Be careful to supplementary water and maybe offering some patched shade to the nest area, since Hercegovinensis have the lowest range of temperature incubation of all Hermanni.

Thank you for the suggestions... I soak them everyday. And its funny you mention the patched shaded area for nesting area. She layed in the shaded part of the enclosure. Im planning of buying a couple bushes and a Mulberry tree for their enclosure. Do tortoises really eat mulberry leaves?

Most do eat them.
