Budget is some kind of mix. We wanted another lab but we couldn't afford it at the time so we went to the local shelter. Hence the name Budget haha.

Haha! I trained them well!

His personality is great. He's very outgoing and friendly, and a lap dog. I think the corgi look is just cause he's a fatty. He used to be slim, but I agree with the rat terrier though.
