Throwing names and PhDs won't help. There were enough graphs from different sources, including more relevant to reptile lightning. There are names and titles behind them too.
The last graph you've posted is not that straightforward to interpret because of non-linear axis. That's what I've said, not that Daniel doesn't know a thing. Also, what's on Y axis actually? Maximum absorption is in the UV band... And I haven't heard of UV water heaters yet. When citing someone's work would be great to have a link to it. Graphs and abstracts without context can be easily misinterpreted.
