Hi,
I saw that my musk turtle (10yo) has like a reddish veiny belly, although she is eating and behaving normally I am scared that something might be wrong with him, I called a vet but in my country vets only take care of cats and dogs and they know very little about more egzotic pets like turtles. I would really appreciate if someone could help me !

Looks to be an abrasion. Is there any gravel or jagged rocks in the enclosure?

If you mean the area which looks like a "T" with the top going straight across between the two front legs and the upright part going right down the middle of the plastron, that appears to me to be a heavily vascularized area of new growth. IE, there are a large number of blood vessels in those areas to provide nutrients to the new bone which is developing under the surface.

It does not look to me as though you need to be concerned about the situation.
