Mouth rot?

I noticed yesterday there was some red areas on my tortoises bottom jaw. I did give it a strawberry and some red peppers but i dont think its that. Im thinking it could be mouth rot?

Mouth rot, stomatitis, is uncommon. It usually presents as sores or cheesy-looking deposits inside the mouth. Your tortoise is fine.

Your tortoise is fine. The red is just stain from the red foods it ate. As Yvonne said, mouth rot in tortoises is extremely rare.
