More questions about my new tortoise.

Hi all. Im so sorry to keep asking so many questions. My new sulcata tortoise was sleeping outside for 2 nights. Yesterday it was really cold here in Los Angeles and so we picked him up and put him in his heated house. He stayed in there all day/night. Today the sun is out and he has emerged but he isnt moving around like he was the days before. I gave him a broccoli crown and he ate it all. Is he OK if he isnt cruising all over the yard like he usually does? Its all very new so I dont know what signs are.
Just seems weird that he isnt moving much. His eyes look clear and he doesnt look any odfferent..

As stated, could be basking, more familiar with the area, so not the need to check it out as much, really hard to say. Just keep and eye on him, that he eats, drinks, poops, etc. Maybe give a nice warm soak.
