Due to a high request from our members, we are going to try a few monthly photo contests. Each month a new theme will be announced for you to create your photos around. There will only be a week to enter your photos to [email protected]. Then they will be placed on a thread for voting. There will be one day to check to see if your photo is showing before the actual voting starts. Voting will last for a week, at which time the winning photo will be used on our portal page.
Rules:
1) Only one submission per member.
2) The photo must have been taken by the submitter.
3) Each photo must have atleast one living tortoise in it and no animal may be harmed in taking the photo.
4) No photo-shopped or altered photos are allowed.
5) Submissions may only be made to the email address of: [email protected].
6) Once submission time is up, a thread showing all entries will be made. It is up to each submitter to check that their photo is showing. If it is missing, the submitter needs to PM Jacqui about the problem so it can be fixed. Once the voting thread is open to votes, no changes may be made.

The saying goes that April showers bring May flowers. Show us your tortoises with those May flowers. This may mean them eating them, surrounded by them, or wearing them for examples. Keep in mind weed flowers such as dandelions or clovers count as well as the plants we more think of as flowers.
