I totally agree with you Ed. When emotions get in one's way, he/she may get into "trouble." I've always used my brain: no more room for emotions, sorry to say.

No, I don't think so. If my heart wants something, my mind figures out how/if to make it happen.

I would choose my mind. My mind will take my heart into consideration and weigh the balances to reach a reasonable conclusion.

Good for you, if you can make that so-called "balance." I just cannot do that. It my mind that is doing all the hard work, whilst my heart is only beating, and consequently keeping me alive.
