Meet Simon & Garfunkel

Here are my two new babies. I decided to name them after one of my favorite duos.

They are so pretty. Beautiful shells, wish my Sids was that smooth. I love the names too - that is what we named our hermit crabs... lol

The honey colored RF came from TurtleSource.com (Marcus Cantos)

The Cherryhead RF came from TortoiseSupply.com (Tyler Stewart)

Both had wonderful vet checks this afternoon. Dr Peck said they were both in great shape. No signs of respiratory, eyes clear, etc. Could not check poops since they have not put out yet.

I didn't knock the delivery guy down, no....wouldn't want him to drop the babies and hurt them! did get up early, go out and shovel / salt the walkway so he would have a clear path. lol I met him at the door before he could even knock.

Simon & Garfunkel seem to be doing alright. Both are eating little bits..not a lot, and have spent time soaking. Today they have stayed hidden for the majority of the day, but to be expected as they get acclimated to their new home.
