Male or Female Red Foot?

Have had Little Foot for two years. I have always called "her" a "girl" but I'm starting to notice some subtle changes. I wanted to see what everyone on here thought. I may be over looking things. Lol.
She didn't come from the best of conditions and I don't know exactly how old she is but like I said I have had her for two years.
