Lumps on tortoise face

Hello, I do a monthly health check on my Russian Tortoise to make sure that it's free from any diseases and/or health issues. Recently, I've seen a weird black lump on either side of it's face and I just want to make sure that it's normal. If not, I will take it to the vet immediately.

Looks like he has an ear abscess. It will have to be expressed by a vet. These abscesses usually form because of an infection somewhere in the tortoise. So he'll need antibiotics.
