Hi everyone! My name is Jackie and Im from Washington State. We have an adopted Russian box tortoise named Gibbs. He came to us with little information. Im hoping to find some answers here.

This our Gibbs during a soak aka "Torti bath time". We got him from my sister who rescued him from a situation where he was well cared for. His enclosure is currently under construction so he is in a over sized aquarium at the moment.

That is a Russian tortoise if you send a picture of the underside and tail will be able to tell you possibly if it's male or female. Sometimes it's hard to tell.
