Looking for care advice

My friend's giving me a 1 year old hermanns tortoise tomorrow because she can no longer take care of it. I have red foots and aquatic turtles so i know how they should be cared for. I've been researching on how to care for a hermanns and its completely different then the ones i have now. I was wondering if anyone can post tips below like what you feed yours daily/weekly and I want to know a little more about hibernation/enclosures. I have a pretty big tank set up for him, not exact with the sizes but what's the average size for them to stay in?
