The picture is tiny and I can't quite make it out, but is that indian tobacco? Toxic if it is.

I think its Lambs Ear, from what I've been researching. Tortoise Table says its "likely to be unpalatable" :(
Rats, its a monster plant.

That's mullein that you have there. It is safe, but due to the fuzzy nature of the leaves, it may not be readily consumed. I have fed the newer growth, from the center, with no signs of rejection.
