What is this?

I don't know if it's just me but i look out for weeds everywhere i go and pick seeds every chance i get lol
i found this at the roadside.
I know the pic is bad.... it looks like thistle but there are many more flowers per plant and they are tiny!
I hope these are edible =)

It looks kinda' like groundsel, which is not edible. Your picture is a bit blurry. Take a look at the first picture in this thread:
