what tube lighting do you use.?

I use with a shop light, the brightest light bulbs for kitchens (sorry not at home, so I can't give more details). Then I have a CHE (ceramic heater emiter) and a UV bulb that is only on for a few hours a day. They also get time outside in the summer.
