To be honest, my first thought after seeing that picture wasn't "he's handsome"! Lol!
I thought "what a goofie tort!". Love the strawberry face. The shell is gorgeous! How old is he? Do you think he'll keep growing?

Nice size. I just measured all mine, except my new female, and they are all 11 inches. I have to re-do it though. Was in a hurry and I think I measured wrong. But only off a little, not 3 inches. Your guy I bet will make 16 for sure will hope for the 18.
