So my group frequents the soak dish. I have a 60w incandescent above the dish so the waters stays around 95F during the day and they LOVE it. Would you suggest I use a larger saucer or add a second saucer somewhere else in the enclosure?

I would say both.....options are always the best....but is space is an issue, I would simply go larger---apparently that is a good spot, good heat, good view--enough goods that it is the happening spot at the same time (you know, the first one out on the dance floor usually has a group following)....

Oh...but don't toss that dish...when you make a change it can go either way.....a total love affair with the new dish, or no one will want to touch it at all and you will have some annoyed torts looking for their dish....:D

I vote for both too. Larger bowls and multiple bowls. I try to have multiple water sources in most of my enclosures indoors and out.

As long as the enclosure doesn't become too filled with dishes, I like multiple choices myself.
