I 'Juice' a lot of our fruits and veggies. I have a really nice Juicer that is very effective.
So, on the subject of soaking our shelled children; I was thinking about Juicing greens and carrots regularly (once or twice a week) to add to their soaks. It's liquid rather than puree.
I know that healthy torts don't "need" it but it couldn't hurt, in my opinion.
Any thoughts?
