Hello. I have a horsefield and I'm wondering if this is rot or just from him climbing through structures in his enclosure? He is outdoors most of the time. Dirt and reptibark substrate with rocky areas. Bottom looks fine and is eating normal and active. Diet is a mix of "weeds" from the yard, carrot, arugula with calcium. He also has tortoise friendly plants in his enclosure.

If there is a problem on his shell, how can I fix that?

No, shell rot happens in the bottom shell. This is just a worn shell. If not raised or purchased from a hatchling or breeder, likely wild caught Beautiful dark color though.
