Is this clover or oxalis?

Found these in our yard. Not sure if it's safe for my Greek tortoise. Please help me ID. Thanks a lot!

As a matter of fact, this plant reoccurs every year but I've never seen any flowers.

I was thinking Bambi, which was talked about on another thread. I don't have to date myself... I have a husband to date. (Yes, I know your actually referring to age. I just happen to also think older is better. )

Clover. Oxalis has three heart shaped leaves per stalk. Clover has three (sometimes four) round leaves per stalk.

Okay so it's an old thread my clover has yellow flowers is it safe for my torts?

yellow flowers should sadly mean the oxalis.

Burr clover has yellow flowers too. What shape and size are the flowers? Are they about an inch long and trumpet shaped or are the little yellow clusters of mall ball shaped flowers?
