how much of it can i feed safely if it is arugula?

i've been feeding it really rarely. maybe twice a week but only two pieces lol

Looks like it to me yes, wouldn’t feed it too often, maybe twice a week or so

I think it's actually mizuna but they are close relatives in the brassica plant family, both are safe to feed.

Red and green mizuna are common in salad mixes. It's a mustard, although not a very strong tasting one.
