I've had my little squirtle for about 6 months and he is estimated to be about 10 months to 1 year old. He is 2 1/2 inches in carapace length. His shell is kind of pyramid shaped at the top but i heard that it is normal for musk turtles to look like that at his age. All the other parts of him look fine (no missing nails, no shell pyramiding, no lack of energy or tiredness) but i wanted some other people's opinion just to be safe. :)ImageUploadedByTortForum1371850154.072117.jpg ImageUploadedByTortForum1371850200.390020.jpgImageUploadedByTortForum1371850216.753796.jpgImageUploadedByTortForum1371850230.488069.jpg and this last pic is him when I first got him and he was smaller than a U.S quarter. I think you're taking the keel for pyramiding. Not the same thing.

I know what pyramiding is. I said his shell was "pyramid shaped" and that he had "no signs of pyramiding"
