Introducing Shelldon

Our baby marginated Tortoise, all of 30 grams of him (or her). We've had the little critter for 3 nights now, so far so good. He's eating well and enjoying the sun in San Francisco. Still has a cute little egg-tooth even...

Thank you! There were a bunch of cute hatchlings, but this one caught my eye. It will be interesting to compare his personality as he grows to our other tort, a 1yr old pancake named Oscar!

Shelldon is adapting very well, especially in the eating department! He has a voracious appetite for a ping-pong ball sized tortoise! LOL!
