I thought you'd might like an update. Last November, I found an anole on my patio with her two left legs crushed.
You guys gave me great advice and encouraged me to keep her.
1 year later, her injuries healed nicely. She is mobile (not enough for the wild, though). She catches crickets. She even escapes the cage and hides under the couch.
She's a little skinnier than I would like, but successfully shed as recently as last week. I caught her bathing in the water dish to facilitate the shed - first time I'd ever seen that behavior.
