in Memory of Munchy

i took him to the vet at 1:00 this morning vet did every thing she could but sadly Munchy passed at 6:00am this morning
thank you to every one that has helped me through this
i guess what happened is that because his immune system was down he contracted pneumonia and i was just to much for his little body

I would contact the place you got him from and let them know he struggled from the beggining.. and let them know what you have learned here about care... they might need to change things.. or there will just be more of this heartbreak for other people....

Like Laura suggested, perhaps contact whoever sold Munchy to you, I wonder if they would help by replacing Munchy although I know another baby won't be the same as Munchy.

I have a friend selling tortoises here and he is the kind of guy that would do that as he really cares.
I know that may not be common but it may be worth asking?

OMG, I was so shocked when I saw this thread. I was hoping that you had taken Munchy in to see the vet in time. I am devastated as I know u are. He was so cute...i can see why u loved him so much. Please, keep in touch especially if u get another sulcata baby. So sad...
