Ideas for a new house!

I have a red footed tortoise she is about a year. I was thinking of building a green house sort of things out of old Windows the pictures not mine but I was wondering how to get ventilation and keep high humidity. I was also going to add a large pond thing in it with a bubbler and a heater.
