There are some singaporian tortoise keepers, I know one on here (TortBrain).
You can actually get Mazuri Tortoise Diet in Singapore (which I know for a fact, as I got mine from there). It's sold in some Animal Hospital somewhere in the outskirts... I forgot the name but TortBrain or a google search will probably get you the answer.
You can feed it as a staple or to add some variety. My star loves it more than any other food, I feed it to her 1-2 a week.
