Idk wat it is - i live in ohio so our local grocery stores have little to none produce - and we do as much in our gardens the lil time we do have- so theres these ppl where u can order fresh produce and they deliver it to your work- well .... Whatever it is this is kales new fav :/

I'm pretty sure it's a Savoy cabbage. Taste a lot like regular cabbage, but milder. I like them.
Since Savoy Cabbage is a true cabbage, that means it's a member of the Brassica family, so it contains both goitrogens (which interfere with thyroid function) and oxalates (which interfere with calcium absorption and can also cause painful bladder stones). Like the other brassicas, this is probably best only fed occasionally.

That is only what, “they" want you to believe it is…mild cabbage, give me a break, I was in New Mexico once.
