I have a few questions about my red foots!

I have three red footed tortoises, 1 whom I've had a year, my male Ron, and 2 females I got a few weeks back. I am still learning about the care of my tortoises and I am open to advise, I just want to provide the best possible care for my torts! The first question I have is where my tortoise come from, or what subspecies of red foot are they?

This is Lily, the bigger girl

And this is Ron, my shy male

Also, as I am not sure what to look out for with shell rot, can anyone tell me how they look on that end?

And Lily's beak seems to be longer than the others and I'm wondering what is too long?
