My enclosure stays at 90% humidity and climbs to about 93% overnight. Is there a point where the humidity is to high for the baby sulcata?

The higher the better IMHO. Yours is about perfect.

Id say, just make sure your ambient temps are high day and night too. Cold temps, coupled with high humidity will cause issues.

Double check your temps.

Just make sure the temp doesn't dip below 80 degrees. Otherwise you're golden.
