Absolutely, they need the humidity to be 80% and above at all times.
To keep humidity, you need a closed chamber, or an enclosure with very little ventilation. You will also need to mix water into the substrate to keep it wet. Misting should also be done, but alone, it isn’t enough.

Yes to everything said above. Also start searching closed chamber enclosures.
