Will baby leopard need humidity? And if they do, can i just spray the mulch with water to moisten?

Absolutely, they need the humidity to be 80% and above at all times.

To keep humidity, you need a closed chamber, or an enclosure with very little ventilation. You will also need to mix water into the substrate to keep it wet. Misting should also be done, but alone, it isn’t enough.
