Wanted to show a pic of my enclosure for any welcome feed back/advise? It's for my 4month old baby Greek who lives mainly inside as we are in the chilly uk!image.jpgimage.jpg

Thanks, what would you suggest? Would it cause Lola to over eat? And also I completely change the soil once every couple of weeks, would it cope with re-planting? Thanks for your help :)

Changing the substrate so often should not be necessary. What's behind that?

Just to freshen it up, is that not right? I usually do once a month but a weekly soak and mix up
It's not necessary to do a substrate change if you remove waste and old food. You can add to it, but a complete change so often just wastes your time and substrate. It's not harmful except to any growing plants and seeds. Water as needed.

You can compost the old substrate after you remove it. Some people go months, and some of us go even longer between changes.
