He might not have been offered the foods you're feeding him now. He might have just eaten what the breeder was feeding him therefore he's not used to your foods. But i think he will be okay since you've just gotten him. Mine was the same way try feeding him Mazuri along with his foods. This is my RF's diet plan:
DAY # 1
Leafy greens
DAY #2
Fruit/Greens
Day #3
Leafy greens
DAY #4
Vegetable/Mazuri/Leafy Greens
DAY #5
Flowers/Weeds/Leafy Greens
Day #6
Fruit/Mazuri
Day #7
Leafy greens/Mazuri Diet

Also a list of foods they eat:
Romaine lettuce
Red and green leaf lettuce
Endive
Escarole
Chicory
Radicchio
Turnip greens
Mustard greens
Kale
Collards
Spring Mix (mixed salad greens)
cabbage (on occasion)

VEGETABLES
Yellow squash
Zucchini
Winter squash
Pumpkin
Carrots (on occasion)
Green Beans (on occasion)

FRUIT
Papaya
Mangos
Apples (be sure there are no seeds)
Strawberries
Blackberries
Cactus fruit
Tomatoes

is it normal for him not to want to eat daily?
he will pig out one day , and then for the next 2-3 days he will only take a bite here or there of his favorites (sweet stuff like fruit and tomato) and then will pig out again on greens and about anything else you stick in his bowl.

no relation to temp changes or anything the temp is the same daily, and so is his lighting cycle. i soak him daily (unless he does it himself, some days he will get in his water a soak on his own)
