i have a misting house that is run around the top of my lid for my outdoor enclosure, i know i have to run it a bit everyday for the grass and plants in there, but will the redfoot enjoy it if i do it more or less? how damp should his area be?

Redfoots love humidity. Try to keep yours above 70% humidity, with 80-90% hides. Try not to let the humidity drop consistently below 50%. They should have a warm, damp area, and a cooler, dry area, so that they can get their shells dried off.
