How often do i need to feed my boy?

I was wondering how often should i feed my 3 yr old hermann?

I feed all my tortoises daily once a day. I will, however, have the occasional non-food day, but that's not very often.

Every day. Feed enough that they don't finish it right away so they can graze on it all day.
