How will i offer worms or super worms to rf? Should i wash them with warm water? Offer them alive or chop? How many super worms for a 3.75" redfoot in one meal? Thanks

For a rf that size I would suggest red worms or an earthworm cut into quarters. The super worms are just too large. When it gets larger just drop the worms or superworms in.

I don't use those either. I"m always concerned about my torts getting an impaction from the exoskeleton.

I have used reptiworms/phoenix worms, butterworms, and waxworms (very fatty so go light!) in the past.
