How do u get pictures to show

I have posted pictures before but they only show if u click the link. How do i get the picture to show in the post? I want to enter a picture for the calender.

I personally use tinypic.com for my photos, they re-size them and they provide different links depending on where you need to post them no sign up needed and they offer forum links also, I love them.

Thanks that was taken 6 months ago, her name is Shelby an she is a Testudo Hermanni Boettgeri, and she is a little monkey her favourite pass time is muck the water up at the moment, I clean it an she watches me with a wicked look on her face she will then march over and drag as much water in to her bowl as possible lol
