how do I keep on a right humidity ?

hey guy's , I'm trying to understand how to keep the right humidity for my babies
basically I put some water from time to time, nut not sure if it's the right amount for them

Digital hygrometer and closed chamber was the only thing that helped me ensure the right humidity and temps for my hatchling. I add water and turn the substrate as needed (my substrate is quite deep).
