How concerned should I be? (foam in the eye)

I'm not sure on that breed as mine are Hermann torts & I read that they go off their food , sleep more sometimes behave different ie aggressive & can dig a few practice nests . Also that they can retain eggs for a long time even years & retain sperm so don't have to have been in recent content with a male x but this is all just what I have read about Hermann torts . Hope yours starts eating & gets back to her old self soon , keep us updated xx
