please can someone have a look at my tortoise shell and see what you think?

does it look healthy?

It looks like he's lived in the house his whole life in very dry conditions and under a hot light.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve only had him a few months and he’s suppose to be nearly 1. I’m not sure how to help correct it? Any help would be much appreciated.
