homer and marge.jpg(This is Homer and Marge eating their first sampling of the tortoise grass)

I have spent the past month growing a tray of the grazing tortoise mix from Carolina Pet supply. It has been fun, but I was just slightly disappointed when I realized there are only maybe 3 or 4 different varieties of plants in the mix, I was hoping for like 15 different things all growing in it! It did grow big though, here are some pics!!! Thank

Pic 1 is at 1 week of growth
Pic 2 is at 2 weeks of growth
Pic 3 is of the cage, once we wedged the tray of grass into one end of it
Pic 4 is of Marge checking out her new grass wall which she was debating hiding under and eating!!!
Pic 5 is one last pic of the tray of tortoise grass!
Pic 6 is of Marge
Pic 7 is of Homer

Thanks for looking! and a HUGE THANKS to everyone who has joined our "Leopard Tortoise" group on Facebook!!! We love to have you, and cannot wait to continue growing our group!!!

Your tortoises AND your set up both look fantastic.

Thanks a lot Tom!!! They would probably be living in a dry desert of sand and trying to "get all of their moisture from lettuce" if it weren't for your guidance and tips!!! (that I received by lurking on here)
