I Was Gonna Go Buy A Hibiscus Plant,
But I Seen I Have Two Bushes In My Front Yard That Look Like
Hibiscus!
Is This Hibiscus, Or Editable?

Nice looking hibiscus!! I am jealous!!! Just make sure the gardeners or your parents have NOT used any fertilizers on it!

those are beautiful hibiscus flowers, taste them before you feed them to make sure they are not peppery.

Believe it or not, some hibiscus flowers have a mild peppery taste to them. Some tortoises don't like the peppery taste and don't eat them. I have one hibiscus plant that produces a peppery tasting flower and so they don't eat it. It is very mild.

My friend who has a big sulcata, he eats the leaves flowers and branches .

I feed the whole flower and some leaves. I make sure they don't have afids on them. I don't know if they are bad for torts, but I would not think they would be good. There is a couple good theads here about hibiscus flowers you should read.

Ok Thanks Everyonne! I Put The Whole Flower and Stem In His Enclosure, So Far He Hasnt Touched It Tho!

No worries...Andy is 8 months old and I can't get him to eat flowers OR cactus....
