You must have a pretty big space for all those torts!
You'll find up to date caresheets for each of them in the species specific section and if you post some pics of their enclosures you'll get great advice on making sure they are happy and healthy.
So read away but ask as many questions as you need there's always someone around to help.

I'll say it seems like most post get a reply within the hour if not minutes of the post going up. That is of course a good thing a very good thing I've been on forums where you could wait days for responses

This is exactly what I mean I just got to like within a few seconds of putting that up.
It's probably because there are worldwide members here so because of the time differences there are people who can answer or at least point you in the right direction 24/7.
