You have a hatchling. It is too early to visually identify the sex of tortoises this young with much confidence. Wait a few years and ask again.

Thanks just wanted a little guess because people said that male tail will grow and mine is aint growing at all lop i bought it and taill it very small abit chubby aswell lol

They all look female when young like this.
As time goes by, if it is a boy, the tail will grow longer and more pointy.
