I'm not sure how to use this, I've downloaded the iPad app, is anyone else using this ? It says i have 1 new private message but when I click on it, it says error :s

I have the iPod app not sure if it's the same though. Whenever I click on a thread it says error also. I just go hit ok, go back, click on it again and it works.
