[HELP] White patterns on shell + skin coming off on head?

Hello everyone

My Concerns

1. I noticed those white patterns on the shell. What is it ?
2. On other photos you can see the spots on top of the head where the skin is coming off.. Is this ok?

Could you check photos and share your opinion/knowledge?

Do a search for "white squiggly lines." We've talked a lot about this. Also, a little bit of skin shedding is ok.
