Not eating for a while, no bubble nose anything. Always eyes shut or 1 eye opens. Idk some red thing on neck and tail smells very bad.

What are the treatment?

Take him to a reptile vet. Could be some type of infection or an imbalance in his digestive system? Have you soaked him?

How are you housing this tortoise?
What substrate?
What are your four temperatures? Warm side, cool side, asking area and overnight low?
What heating and lighting equipment?
What do you feed it?

This sometimes has to do with the tortoise being too cold.
