Help! (not eating, sleeping a lot)

My russian whom i have had for about a month is always digging, trying to sleep and wont eat, but will sometimes drink with daily soakings, he still looks very dry and the temperatures are 95-100 in the hot end under the basking lamp and around 80-85 everywhere else, he only digs under the heat lamp so i am very confused! what is going on?

Are you using any night heat? UV? Soaking daily or every other? DId you add some light? How long are your lights on daily?

no night heat, it drops to about 70, i soak daily and there is one mvb, they are on for about 15 hours a day
