HELP BROKEN JAW

i just picked up a red foot tortoise she was given to me because the owner could not take care of her or him no more its aw is ripped because of a chicken wire accident extreme pyrimiding and dragging its back legs its so deformed its missing a chunk out of its shell and the thing that makes me undecided about the sex the bottom of she shell is flat but up by its head it starts to concave and the tail is stubby please any help would be great i do not have pics but as soon as i do i will post

the beaks some times break off when they get to long or by accident, it should grow back no problem. Is it affecting his eating? is it still attached to him or did it break off? A picture would help

If the wounds are still fairly recent, I would take it to see a vet, reptile rehabber, or experienced keeper so it can get the right kinds of care.

If the wounds are more healed over, then some good soaks and proper cares would give it the best chances.

Photos would be helpful.
